    The pool needs refreshing!!! The jacuzzi is not operational, frustrating wanting to unwind.

    liked this traditional hotel and its intimate ambience from the moment i entered. the location was excellent, near restaurants, celebration and the spa, nanshan and futian and langham shenzhen. i ate at the outdoor restaurant near the property. the service was excellent in my opinion.

    Sophisticated and clean place, everything was really good. Well decorated rooms with a work desk, tea and coffee making equipment, and satellite TV, best beds. The outdoor restaurant on the premises. Real good overall experience.

    This was a fantastic stay, especially for our family looking to explore Shenzhen. The room was clean and spacious, and I really appreciated how attentive the staff was. The location was great, right next to a shopping mall with plenty of dining options. The kids loved the outdoor pool, and it was nice having the quiet indoor pool as an option too. We had a wonderful time and would recommend it to others.

    The room was super clean, and the spacious bathroom was a real treat. I loved relaxing by the fine outdoor pool and getting a massage at the spa, just what I needed. The only downside was the wish for better coffee options in the restaurant, but everything else was fantastic 😊
